senor earn some balthazars faction. unlock the skill at a preist of balthazar and obtain it at almost any skills trainer. and sorry but so many in the click within this sight seem to be on an ego kick atm. Why i dont know i guess they are making up for what qualityies they lack in real life.

If you can't find it it's in the Realm of Torment. The first town in there will have a skill trainer you can get all the skills the other trainers didn't have up to that point.
